"...this could still be inside you..."
Hello readers and Sofia lovers. I was sitting in the recliner tonight, holding Sofia, and thinking. Out of nowhere I look at my beautiful wife and said to her, "..this could still be inside of you..." Sofia's due date was Nov. 9th, exactly a week from today. We have been blessed with Sofia's presence for 17 days, and it is amazing to think that all the moving, kicking, growing, and hicuping she has been doing could still be going on inside Meghan. If Meg would have gone a complete full term, we would be without Sofia for another week!
As of Monday, she has grown from 5lbs-15oz to 6lbs-10oz and from 18-3/4" to 19-3/4" in just two weeks! Some of the baby clothes you wonderful people have bought that were too big for her little body, now don't seem too far away. I want to say thank you all so much for the baby items, clothes, cards, and emails over the last 17 days. I knew babies made people smile and bring joy, but I never knew there were so many people in our lives that care as much as you all. For this we are eternally thankful and blessed to have you as friends and family.

Chris, we're the blessed ones. Thank you for taking time out of your hectic lives to share all of these wonderful thoughts and pictures with us! I'm very lucky to have married into this family!!

Nice, thoughtful message, sweetie. The baby toes look good enough to nibble on.
Happy Friday!
Dad and Mom
Thank goodness she doesn't have Gpa's feet and toes!!!
Cutest Foot EVER! :) I can't wait to meet her! - Much love to you all, Christie
It truly is one of the wonders of Gods world, how that tiny, precious foot will carry her through life.
She goes with our LOVE,
ggkt
I love her:)
I'm counting down the days to when I can finally hold her. I miss you guys so much! Talk to you soon.
Be careful! They grow fast! We visited our niece Mackenzie yesterday and she's SO big! Walking around causing trouble already!
Can't wait to see little Sofia. :) And you & Chris, too!
During those first few months, you will be counting the hours, days, and weeks since she was born. (You will even find yourself counting backwards to what you were doing BEFORE she was born - again - hours, days, and weeks.)
Liam just turned ONE last weekend, and as we looked back, it flew by so quickly. So, as you enjoy your first few weeks as parents, be aware that overall, it will be a blur when the first birthday rolls around. We can't believe it.
Meg and Chris, Congratulations! Your baby girl is beautiful. I'm so happy for you both. Sofia is lucky to have such wonderful parents! Take care :)
We are in need of an Update here... Thanks penni...
P.S.
This blog is like TV show to me and you've been playing reruns for a while now
