Today, Chris, the kids and I went over to school to start getting my new classroom organized. 97 degrees outside and the air conditioning in the school was off. You guessed it: HOT! Regardless, we set to work unpacking boxes, hanging posters, and organizing shelves.
After a few hours, I began to feel pretty good about my new space...and I think my students will too.
And for this, I am thankful.
