There are certain things that Sofia says that I never want to forget. For instance, instead of "in between" she says, "in totween". For months, she added a "c" to the beginning of umbrella -- totally awkward and hilarious at the same time. She loves the words "actually" and "rather" and uses them with as much frequency as possible. And today, she added a new one...
At Bedtime:
Me: Night night, honey. I love you.
Sofia: Love you too, Mom. But Mom?
Me: Yeah?
Sofia: Would you please rub my back before you leave?
Me: You bet.
Sofia: Thanks, Mom. I've just got the worst backrake.
My funny girl. And for this, I am thankful.

hilarious... with our little one "girl" has been pronounced "grail" with kind of a souther accent thrown in. finally breaking it!
