Surprise, surprise...I got off on my day counting early on. Technically, I'm supposed to be up with my "365" on February 1st but since my habit of late night blogging has gotten in the way of my counting skills, I've decided to keep going for 6 more days. It's only fair, right?
So what is next? I haven't been able to decide. This last year has proved to be an incredible journey on so many different levels. (If you didn't have a chance to read this week's Glass Heel post, take a look for my full reflection.) I feel like it would be a mistake to just quit writing each day. I've found that these ten or fifteen minutes that I sit down each night to write have become sacred. It's my one time of the day to just kind of hang out in my head, if that makes any sense.
I love this blog. I love writing. Day 366 isn't so far off and what it or the following 365 will look like, I have no idea. I do know I won't stop looking around for moments moments of gratitude. This is a dramatic difference from where I was just one year ago. How it flows out may be just a little bit different. We'll see.
For now, I have a few days left of my daily reflections and I definitely will cherish each one. And for this, I am thankful.

I love your blog! I don't have any suggestions other than to write what's on your heart. I love seeing the blessings abound in your life, I feel like I'm sharing those moments with your kids... I know whatever you do will be amazing!
I've loved reading your positive blog everyday and would love to keep reading about the positives in your life! It makes me reflect daily as well:)
My vote is with Andrea...it perhaps doesn't have to be a nightly "chore" on those nights that are already late due to other reasons...but you've developed quite a fan base so wean us off slowly if you are going to do so please.
I look forward to your daily posts! Whether I read them before I crawl into bed or when I'm feeding Henry in the middle of the night, they help me focus on the positives in my own life. And for you, I am thankful! Please don't stop! Or maybe give us a once a week 'thankful' post!
Instead of an entirely new post, maybe travel back 365 days, repost the original and comment from a years prospective. In addition to some new posts, we have a new formula to keep the inspiration flowing! We love and support you any way you want to go. For you my dear Meg, we are thankful.
I for one am also one of your great fans and I truly enjoy all of the things that you blog about. It certainly helps me to refocus on what matters so often. Please don't stop and IF you have to just wean us carefully.
