There are some weeks that the arrival of 5 pm on a Friday feels like I've just won a gold medal. This was one of those weeks. I am so thankful to have this week behind me and a weekend with my family ahead. I'm ready to focus all my energy on getting Nico better and getting some rest for Chris and I. I am ready to read stories, laugh and play with Sofia without a schedule to maintain.
It's going to be a nice weekend. And for this, I am thankful.
