Day 44: Open Sesame

It's a simple pleasure, but one that I (well, both Chris and I) am extremely thankful for: automatic doors on our car. On a rainy day, when kids are crying, hands are full, or just because, it is the most wonderful convenience to be able to push a button on my key ring and open the doors and trunk of my van. Kids hop in, groceries easily pop into place, and all the while, my hands stay free to keep everything and everyone safe. Technology is good. And for this, I am thankful.
