...at least that's what the mosquitos think!
One of the things that I have loved about our neighborhood is the summertime activities that they put together for the community. Every Saturday night they bring in live music to perform in the grassy knoll area of our town center. We haven't been to any this summer because of all our travels so we jumped at the opportunity to go tonight. We packed up our goodies, chairs and blankets and headed the mile down the road to enjoy some great music. While it totally stresses me out at first until I get settled, the kids can run around freely and dance, the parents can sit back and sip some wine and the sun sets behind us all. It really was fun....and totally worth the 50 million mosquito bites we got at dusk. :)
A fun summer evening...for this, I am thankful.
