This afternoon I got an unexpected drop-in by my friend Stacey. Her timing couldn't have been more perfect -- just as Nico had fallen asleep for his afternoon nap. We went and sat out on the balcony to chat and brought with us two cold, crisp glasses of Sauvignon Blanc. The weather was perfect and a delightful accent to our much-needed catch-up and laughter session.
I am so thankful for a relaxing afternoon and for unexpected, friendly laughter. :)
